Schedule I also contains deions and process flows of all Services that are offered to Users. These deions and process flows are set out in Part A to Part G in Schedule I.
Aatmanirbhar E-Seva Kendra is constantly evolving to provide the best experience and information to its Users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without any prior notice.
As part of this process, you acknowledge that Aatmanirbhar E-Seva Kendra may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) at its sole discretion without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time without notifying Aatmanirbhar E-Seva Kendra.
You further acknowledge that if Aatmanirbhar E-Seva Kendra disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details, or any files or content within your account, and the website will inform you accordingly.
Aatmanirbhar E-Seva Kendra reserves the right to delete your user information stored in your account, including personal information or any sensitive personal data or information ("SPDI"). Alternatively, you may notify us if you do not wish for us to retain your information, though this may limit the services we can provide.
The company reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Retailer/Franchise if it engages in deceptive practices. The company will not be held responsible for any fraudulent activities by the Retailer/Franchise.
Upon termination for deceptive practices, the Retailer, Distributor, or Master Distributor/Franchise shall immediately cease using the Company's trademarks, proprietary information, and any association with the brand.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred as a result of the termination, and the Retailer/Distributor/Master Distributor/Franchise shall not be entitled to any refund of fees or compensation.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent activities, deceptive practices, or wrongful conduct by the Retailer/Distributor/Master Distributor/Franchise, and you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from such activities.
The Retailer, Distributor, or Master Distributor/Franchise shall be eligible for an incentive commission based on the terms outlined in the attached "Incentive Commission Sheet.”
The incentive commission’s terms, including the calculation method, eligible sales or performance metrics, and any additional criteria, are detailed in the attached sheet.
The Company reserves the right to modify the incentive commission structure with written notice to the Retailer, Distributor, or Master Distributor/Franchise, with any amendments taking effect on the date specified in the notice.
You acknowledge and agree that while Aatmanirbhar E-Seva Kendra may not have set a fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions through the Services, such limits may be imposed at any time at the Company’s sole discretion.
